We provide a comprehensive cleaning price list based on an hourly rate, and our services include the use of eco-friendly cleaning materials (excluding a hoover, as we do not use or supply bleach for health and safety reasons). Yes, our cleaners do not carry equipment. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance. Cleaners/domestics can only carry basic stock items.
Yes, including a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance. In line with all other insurance policies, this is indemnity cover not new for old and there is an excess on the policy. To keep costs reasonable, the excess is £100 per claim.
No, our staff are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys or enter via a keysafe.

Invoiced in arrears via GHHS, Pay directly into our business account, Pay as you go, Pay cash on the day to your cleaner.
All costs are based on an hourly bases, and costed in hours.
We reserve the right to review our prices each april and by providing 14 days notice at any time to you, at all times you have the right to cancel your contract with us by providing 7 days notice.
We do not belive in long and complicated contracts, but we do belive in being open and fair, like any service, we have terms and conditions, all we ask is that you provide 7days notice if you would like to cancel our service. It is important that you read our T&C prior to starting our service.
Currently, our operation is Mon-Friday to allow our staff to rest.
We like to carry out an assessment with you to find out your likes and dislikes and more about your cleaning needs, If you would like to skip this process and go stright to cleaning this can also be arranged.
